I switch to the big 3 routine and got amazing results. I'm still on the cutting phase so don't expect that much muscles lol.

sobrang busy this april. kinailangan ko tapusin ang webdriver test automation tool na ginawa ko at pati ang pagtapos ng restful services sa disney. di ko nabigay ang lahat sa last 2 months but sa round two susubukan ko gawin pati ang mga cardio at ab ripper :)

I failed myself last month :S whats worst is I got transfered back to night shift LOL. I will pick my self up this April! :) my goal is to get to 130 pounds by May :D Sa tingin ko ulitin ko nalang din week 9 para fresh start :P

bulk + cut or go lean first?

Like the authors of the resources above, I also tried bulking and cutting during my first 2 years. This obviously got me nowhere (Otherwise I wouldn't be starting this blog LOL).
So the goal is go down to 10-12% body fat first before bulking :) The idea is to have a solid base first.
